Meditation Lounge
A relaxed space where together we practice meditation, mindfulness and calming breath.

The aim of Meditation Lounge is to encourage an inner reset, the calming of the nervous system.


When you calm the nervous system you can start to feel more comfortable within your body this gives your mind a rest, and in turn creates space for you to connect to your inner spirit.


When practicing regularly some of the other benefits of meditation, mindfulness activities and calming breath are:

The Breathwork Sessions

Look no further - I created The Breathwork Sessions especially to focus on calming the mind, body and spirit to encourage a deep nervous system reset. Through conscious connected breathing, I will guide you in a beautiful journey through your nervous system.

I'm a certified breathwork teacher passionately helping clients tap into the power of their breath for relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being.

During The Breathwork Sessions we focus primarily on nervous system regulation, but you will often find you will release old emotions or stuck energy from within the body too, as when you practice conscious controlled breathing you create an energy exchange within the body which promotes self healing.

Group Brainspotting Experience
What is Brainspotting?

Brainspotting (BSP) is a transformative therapy treatment, that focuses on identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional or body pain, trauma, dissociation, and a huge variety of challenging symptoms.


In other words it processes and releases at the root or core of the nervous system.


It is a body based therapy focused on processing and integration. It finds old stuck memories, emotions etc and time stamps them into the past enabling you to live in the now without the memory being triggered within the nervous system and playing out as unconscious behaviours and patterns.


Brainspotting is different from other psychotherapies and healing modalities in a variety of ways.
It strategically utilises your visual field to access your brain’s self-scanning and self-healing capabilities.
Those areas that are deep in the unconscious yet they still impact how you perceive and interact with the world.


Brainspotting can help with treating a whole range of psychological and emotional issues. From unconscious trauma triggers, anxiety, phobias, unprocessed grief and loss, low self esteem, depression, dissociation and so much more. If you've tried various things to help you FEEL better, but still feel broken then brainspotting can help in processing the memories that are stored within the body rather than what is in going on in your logical thinking brain.

Working with the body sensations and eye position, we can get to the root of what is causing your psychological or emotional discomfort.

SELF Elevation Walks
A walking meditation followed by a SELF Elevation Session, finished off with reflection while we share a lovely hot drink! SELF Elevation Coaching is my own body based approach to healing.

Whether that is from anxiety, past trauma, narcissistic / emotional abuse or anything else.
Maybe you have a dysregulated nervous system and you are unsure why. I have created a unique coaching method where I bring in various modalities to really get to the root of what is causing your physiological or emotional pain.

No two sessions are the same!

 These walking sessions incorporate movement and are great for those of you who like to connect with the great outdoors or are after a different type of healing experience.

We will start off with a silent walking meditation, then stop so I can guide you in our group SELF Elevation session, then we shall walk on to an area when we can share a hot drink and enjoy some group reflection.

These sessions will go ahead in all weathers, possibly with a route change if needed.

Cancellations will only happen if the weather is really unbearable.

Walking routes will be decided 2 weeks before the event date, so weather can be factored in.

SELF Elevation Workshop Series

 Join me for my Self Elevation Workshop Series, where together we will use a variety of modalities to help you on healing trauma, move stagnant energy from your body, rewire your subconscious mind, and reset your nervous system.


These workshops are designed to be unique healing sessions that are incredibly powerful.
Through techniques like brainspotting, breathwork, journaling, somatic movement and energy healing, you will be able to address and heal deep-seated emotional wounds and release the hold they have on your life.


Each workshop in the SELF Elevation Series will have a different focus, allowing you to dive deep into specific areas of healing.

Workshop 1 - 12th April 2025
We will focus on healing the wounds left behind after EMOTIONAL / NARCISSITIC ABUSE. These invisible scars stay deep rooted in the nervous system and also as false beliefs in the subconscious mind. They show up as sensations, triggers, unexplained emotions and in turn cause unconscious behaviours, reactions and dysfunctional patterns that linger long after the abuse has finished. Whether you were subjected by a parent, partner or friend the wounds still need healing at the root.

Workshop 2 - 7th June 2025
We will focus on ANXIETY AND THE NERVOUS SYSTEM whether you suffer from constant low level anxiety or full on panic attacks, maybe you've been dabbling in CBT but find that these sessions leave you feeling worse than before you even started them. Anxiety is not something you think and therefore you need a body based approach. When you work with the nervous system and clear past trauma, old emotions or negative bias you can learn to balance and calm the body, mind and spirit and in turn ease your feelings of anxiety and make life more enjoyable.

Workshop 3 - 14th September 2025
We will focus on GENERAL TRAUMA HEALING, which could be unprocessed grief, unexplained anxiety or depression, past trauma that you know is bubbling under the surface and maybe showing up and blocking your progress in life. For instance procrastination is a trauma response, people pleasing is a trauma response, feeling not good enough yep comes from a past trauma. So this workshop will focus on letting go of years of pent up stress, layers of trauma and resetting the nervous system to bring inner calm to mind, body and spirit.

By incorporating self-elevation into your healing journey, you will find a newfound sense of freedom and empowerment.
