For the woman who’s done the work -and is still bracing.
You’ve read the books.
Talked about the trauma.
Named the patterns.
But your body is still flinching like something’s coming.
That’s not resistance.
That’s brilliance.
I know this place.
I lived there - walking on eggshells in my childhood, then again in an emotionally abusive partnership.
I watched the same freeze patterns start showing up in my children -that same shutting down in the moment
the hypervigilance,
the holding,
the fear of doing it wrong.
That’s when I knew: we don’t break cycles by managing better.
We break them by repatterning where the pattern actually lives.
Now, it’s time for something else:
Recalibration.
What is the REMAP Process?
A 2 hour session
for that moment
where you feel it and your body takes you out of it
We go to that moment
not to talk about it
but to change what your body does there
So next time it happens
you don’t go quiet
you don’t shut down
you stay with yourself
The REMAP process works at the level your body is still reacting from
Not by understanding it
By changing it
R – Regulate
E – Extract
M – Modify
A – Anchor
P – Peace
And we don’t stop there.
Because removing the emotional charge is one part of the process
but creating a different response in the moment matters too
Your body may still notice the trigger the sensation may still appear
but it no longer carries the same emotional weight
Which means there is finally space to pause
stay with yourself and respond differently
instead of reacting automatically
That’s where the deeper change starts building
What you call “stuck” is just your body asking for a safer way out.

Why REMAP Works When Talking Therapy Doesn’t?
Most of my clients come to me after years of doing the work
They understand it can explain it have talked it through
And then it happens again
They feel something shift and go quiet
They know something’s off and still say it’s fine
They’ve made progress but in that moment their body does the same thing
That’s the part that hasn’t changed
Not because they don’t understand it
Because their body is still running it
REMAP works
because we don’t stay at the level of understanding
We go to the moment
your body is still reacting from
and change what happens there
You don’t trust yourself in the moment… so you lose yourself in it
The REMAP Session vs The Full Container
Some women come to REMAP
with something specific
a reaction that keeps repeating
a moment they can’t move past
something they can feel…
but can’t shift
That’s where a single session works
But some women aren’t there yet
Their system is already in survival
on edge bracing pulled out of themselves
before anything even happens
And from that place
your body won’t take you to the deeper layer
Not because it’s not there
Because it doesn’t feel safe enough to go there
So we don’t start with REMAP on its own
Inside the container
we still do REMAP
But first
we bring your system out of survival
build the capacity to stay
So when we go to the root
your body can actually go there
and not pull you out
That’s the difference
Same work
Different starting point
You don’t need to decide that now
You just need to recognise
where you are
What Makes This Work Different:
This work is different
because we’re not trying to understand it better
You already understand it
You can see the pattern feel it happening notice when something’s off
And you still do the same thing
go quiet override it move away from it
That’s the part that hasn’t changed
Most approaches help you understand it
This changes what happens while it’s happening
This doesn’t
We go to the moment
your body is still reacting from
and change what happens there
So instead of catching it managing it talking yourself through it your body doesn’t do it the same way
After a Session, Clients Often Say:
"I feel like I’ve softened in places I didn’t even know were tense."
"I didn’t even realise how much I was still holding - until I wasn’t."
"It’s like the charge is just… gone."
"That memory doesn’t control me anymore."
This Isn’t About Erasing the Past.
It’s about giving your body permission to stop reliving it.

Not sure if REMAP is the right starting point? You don’t need to figure it out alone.
