You sit down for five minutes…
and get back up again.
Not because you need to.
Because something in you won’t let you stay there.
You tell yourself you’ll just rest.
Make a tea.
Sit down.
Do nothing.
And then you’re up again.
Checking something.
Fixing something.
Doing one more thing.
Not urgent.
Just… automatic.
You don’t even fully know what you’re feeling.
Just that something feels off
even when you’re talking to someone.
You just know you can’t settle.
So you keep moving.
Keep doing.
Keep yourself just occupied enough that you don’t have to sit in it.
And at some point, you stopped questioning it.
You just called it: “This is how I am”
You hold things in
You move past things
And then later…
you think about what you should have said
It’s not.
Your body keeps pulling you out of it
You don’t need to figure it out
You need it to stop

Stabilisation Sessions are where we work directly with your body.
No pressure to explain what’s wrong.
No needing to figure anything out.
I track what your body is doing
in the exact moments it starts to pull you out
and work with it in real time
so you don’t keep shutting down,
pushing through or leaving halfway through things.
Sometimes that looks like:
• noticing where your body stops something halfway
• changing your breathing when it starts to pull you out
• letting your body finish what it didn’t get to
• catching the moment you’re about to pull away… and not leaving it
Nothing big
Just what’s already happening
finally finishing
If this feels familiar, you don’t have to keep managing it on your own.
You don’t need to understand it.
You just need it to stop.
So you stop leaving yourself in the middle of your own life
If your body already feels overwhelmed, emotionally full or constantly “on”
Guidance sessions can help you understand what support your system actually needs first.
