What I didn’t expect last year was this…

Last year, three women left this retreat and made decisions they had been circling for years. 

Not because I pushed them. 
Not because they had a dramatic breakthrough. 
Because their nervous systems finally stopped bracing. 

When your body stops bracing, you stop tolerating what drains you.

I did not tell them to leave anything.
