A guided 90-minute somatic session that meets you where your body is -

What Happens in a Session?

We begin by grounding your system, so your body feels safe to open.
Then, we locate the emotional imprint -a moment, memory, or sensation still echoing through your reactions.

From there, we guide your system through a series of somatic and subconscious integrations:
- gentle brainspotting,
- inner child healing,
- breath-led energy release,
- somatic integration - all set to music.  

No scripts.
No small talk.
Just the work your system has been waiting for.  

These sessions draw on a range of somatic trauma-informed methods - including Brainspotting, subconscious memory recall, breath-led energy release, and somatic integration.
