Breathwork has been part of my work for years, but until now it's only been available once a month and only to those who can make it to Worthing.

That's about to change.  

Over the coming months I'll be expanding my breathwork offering to include a range of in-person and online experiences, making this work more accessible than ever before.  

Whether you're looking for a regular breathwork session, practical breathing techniques, support with panic attacks or a deeper movement-based experience, there will be a range of ways to join me.

Breathwork For Nervous System Release - Monthly Evening Sessions  

For when life feels full and you need room to breathe again.  
My signature breathwork experience held monthly in Worthing.  
We begin with a gentle drum activation before moving into a guided conscious controlled breathwork journey designed to help release stress, tension and emotional pressure from the body.  

You'll be lying down with headphones and eye mask on, allowing yourself to fully switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.  

Suitable for beginners and experienced breathers alike.  

Breathwork - Daytime Sessions
 
A smaller, more intimate breathwork experience.  
Held in my garden cabin with just 5-6 participants, these daytime sessions offer a quieter, more personal alternative to my monthly group evening sessions.  

The same supportive approach in a smaller setting, with more opportunity for individual attention and integration.  

Perfect if you prefer smaller groups, cant do evenings or are newer to breathwork.

Breathwork For Panic Attacks

Because the fear of the next panic attack can become exhausting.  

A small group multi session programme designed for those who experience panic attacks, anxiety or periods of extreme overwhelm.
Together we'll explore what's happening in the body during panic, how breath affects the nervous system and practical techniques you can use when you need them most.

Dynamic Somatic Breathwork

Move what you've been carrying. No analysis required.  

A unique experience combining repetitive movement, breath, music and stillness.  
Held both online & In person these sessions are designed to help you move emotions, stress and tension through the body without needing to analyse them, explain them or understand where they came from.  

We'll explore expression, surrender, release and integration through a carefully guided journey of movement, breath and music.  

Not a dance class.  
Not traditional breathwork.  
An experience unlike anything else I currently offer.
